Terms of Service

Concept Sandbox is a product of Access Alerts LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Access Alerts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Concept Sandbox website and application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Concept Sandbox provides software, educational guidance, organization tools, and options for finding resources to help you explore and plan your ideas. It is intended to help you think, organize, and decide for yourself.

Concept Sandbox does not provide legal, financial, tax, patent, trademark, copyright, banking, engineering, or other professional advice, and nothing in the Service is a substitute for a qualified professional. Guidance and resources offered through the Service are informational only; you make your own decisions and choose your own providers.

Using Concept Sandbox does not protect or register your intellectual property, does not create a confidential or fiduciary relationship, does not guarantee the security of anything you submit, and does not guarantee any legal, financial, or business outcome.

You must provide accurate information when you create an account, keep your password secure, and remain responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

You own your ideas and the materials you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host, store, process, and display your content so we can operate the Service for you.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights to submit it. Do not upload content that is unlawful or that infringes someone else’s rights.

Paid features are offered as a membership. The current offer is $9.99 per month, plus applicable tax, covering Concept Sandbox on both phone and desktop, until canceled. There is no setup fee. Prices are shown at checkout and may change on a going-forward basis with notice. If you subscribed at an earlier price, you keep that price while your subscription remains active.

Payments are processed by our payment processor, Paddle. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after you have been charged, your subscription stops renewing and your access continues through the end of the paid period you already paid for.

If your subscription lapses, the ideas and materials you have saved remain stored in your account unless you delete them. You can delete your own ideas and materials at any time, including while your subscription is inactive.

Free trial. New members may start one 7-day free trial when they sign up. A payment card is required at signup and is collected by Paddle. You will not be charged during the trial. When the 7 days end, your membership starts automatically and you will be charged $9.99 per month plus applicable tax unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial from the billing portal and you will not be charged. Each customer may receive only one free trial, ever. If you have had a Concept Sandbox free trial or membership before, including under another account using the same email address, your membership starts without a free trial and you are charged $9.99 per month plus applicable tax when you subscribe. If a free trial is started in violation of this rule, member features stay unavailable until the first payment is made. The price and any trial are always shown at checkout.

Earlier free trials (no card required). If you started a free trial before October 30, 2026 under our earlier trial, its terms continue to apply. When that 7-day trial ends, your trial project remains available to view, but not edit or build on, for an additional 14 days. You may subscribe at any time during those 21 days at $7.99 per month, with no setup fee. If you do not subscribe by the end of the 14-day retention period, your trial project and its associated content become eligible for permanent deletion and may not be recoverable. This trial-project rule replaces the general storage statement above for those trial projects only.

You agree not to misuse the Service: no attempting to break or circumvent security or access controls, no interfering with other users, no unlawful use, and no using the Service to build a competing product by copying it. We may suspend or end access that violates these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Concept drawings are illustrations only. Drawings created with Concept Sandbox (including drawings Milo makes or redraws, and pictures you upload) are intended to help visualize and develop ideas. They are not to scale and are not verified engineering drawings, construction plans, CAD files, or production-ready blueprints. Before manufacturing, 3D printing, building, or using a design where accuracy or safety matters, independently verify dimensions, materials, tolerances, and feasibility, and consult qualified professionals when appropriate. For patent or intellectual property matters, seek appropriate professional guidance. Concept Sandbox does not guarantee the technical accuracy, safety, manufacturability, or patentability of any drawing. AI-made drawings may look similar to existing products or to drawings made for other people, and you are responsible for how you use them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Access Alerts LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
