Refund & Cancellation Policy

Concept Sandbox is offered as one membership covering phone and desktop. The current offer is $9.99 per month, plus applicable tax, until you cancel, with no setup fee. The price that applies to you is always shown at checkout. If you subscribed at an earlier price, you keep that price while your subscription remains active. Payments are processed securely by Paddle.

New members may start one 7-day free trial when they sign up. A payment card is required at signup, and you are not charged during the trial. After 7 days, your membership starts automatically and your card is charged $9.99 per month plus applicable tax unless you cancel before the trial ends. To avoid being charged, cancel from your billing page before the trial ends. Each customer gets one free trial, ever. If you have had a Concept Sandbox free trial or membership before, including under another account using the same email address, your membership starts without a free trial and you are charged when you subscribe; checkout always shows whether a trial applies.

Earlier free trials (no card required). If you started a free trial before October 30, 2026 under our earlier trial, nothing is charged automatically. After its 7 days, your trial project stays view-only for 14 more days, and you may subscribe during those 21 days at $7.99 per month with no setup fee. If you do not subscribe by the end of the 14-day retention period, your trial project and its associated content become eligible for permanent deletion and may not be recoverable.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal, which you can open from your billing page. When you cancel:

• If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged.
• Your subscription stops renewing — you will not be charged again.
• Your access continues through the end of the paid period you have already paid for.
• After that period ends, your paid access stops, but your saved ideas and materials remain stored in your account unless you delete them.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods after a cancellation and the first charge after a free trial ends. Canceling stops future charges; it does not refund a period that has already begun.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the situation in good faith.

Your ideas and uploaded materials belong to you. If your subscription lapses, they stay stored and will be waiting for you if you reactivate. You can delete your own ideas and materials at any time, including while your subscription is inactive. Unsubscribed free-trial projects follow the free-trial retention rule above instead.
