Refund & Cancellation Policy

Concept Sandbox is offered as a subscription. The current offer is $14.99 for the initial paid period, then $7.99 per month until you cancel. The price that applies to you is always shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Paddle.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal, which you can open from your billing page. When you cancel:

• Your subscription stops renewing — you will not be charged again.
• Your access continues through the end of the paid period you have already paid for.
• After that period ends, your paid access stops, but your saved ideas and materials remain stored in your account unless you delete them.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods after a cancellation. Canceling stops future charges; it does not refund a period that has already begun.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the situation in good faith.

Your ideas and uploaded materials belong to you. If your subscription lapses, they stay stored and will be waiting for you if you reactivate. You can delete your own ideas and materials at any time, including while your subscription is inactive.
